Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JM Intuitive Arts, each reading and artwork is prepared with intention, time, and energy. Please review the following policies before booking your session.

Appointments & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for missed appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled with proper notice.

Artwork Policy

All intuitive artwork and custom art pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Each piece is uniquely created based on the energy, messages, and inspiration received during your session.
